Code of Conduct

The Code Trojans approach to the provision of services is well aligned to high moral values and we are dedicated to providing impartial services and providing clients with advice that is frank and honest, based on our expertise and experience. We are committed to providing professional and innovative services and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure that all work requirements are met. We ensure that we are fully accountable to our clients by maintaining documented records for the provision of all services and ensure that all our business relationships are founded on a mutually respectful and ethical foundation.


The Principal of Code Trojans leads by example and reinforces conduct amongst employees that include:


• Honesty and integrity

• Act with care and diligence

• Treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and without harassment

• Comply with all applicable Australian laws

• Comply with any lawful and reasonable direction given by persons who have authority to give the direction

• Maintain appropriate confidentiality about dealings that the employee has with any client or member of staff

• Disclose and take reasonable steps to avoid any conflict of interest (real or apparent)

• Use Commonwealth and other resources in a proper manner

• Not provide false or misleading information in response to a request for information

Code Trojans complies with the following policies and such other policies as may be specified from time to time by Participating Agencies, including without limitation:

•    Security policies

•    Occupational Health and Safety policies

•    Prohibition on the use of illegal workers

•    Environmental policies

•    Participation by small and medium enterprises
